Returns and Exchanges Policy
No returns or exchanges except in the following situations:
Product arrived damaged
Manufacturing defect
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours and a full refund will be issued.
- Return Shipping Costs
For defective, damaged, or wrong items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
For non-customized items that meet the return conditions, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
